The Benefits of Offering Prayers To The Wish-Fulfilling Gem
We first saw pictures of the Boudha Stupa at Chokling Rinpoche's centre in Singapore when we were there for a Dharma event in May 2005 this year. We were just thinking to ourselves how great it would be if we are able to visit the Boudha Stupa once in this lifetime.
Then one day in June, we entered Green Tara shop in Geylang to look for a glass holder to contain a Vjra Kilaya(Puba) we had just received. While we were standing at the cashier's counter talking to Vicky, we saw another magnificient picture of the Boudanath Stupa all lit up with lamps around. It was a an incredible sight! We pointed to the picture and asked Vicky the location of the Boudha Stupa and that was the start of a wonderful and meaningful sharing of the Project of the Wish fulfilling Gem. WE were so greatly inspired and rejoiced at such a beneficial event that we immediately signed up to be a part of this project and team who will be leaving for the pilgrimage to visit the Great Stupa in Nepal on 3 - 9 December 2005 and took the initiative to help out with the fund raising too. This is our story of how we came to be involved in this blessed fund raising project. Please kindly help to support this Project by offering for 7, 21, 49 or 108 lamps to be lit around the Great Old Stupa. Your donations will be fully utilized for all the Dharma events stated here. It is only S$1.00 per lamp even the poorest can afford! A Wish card will be given to every sponsor to write down their aspirations, wishes and dedication and it will be placed at the Stupa for prayers and empowerment from the Power of the Stupa and the Power of the Prayers by the Lamas.
For donation, you may either mail us a cheque, do a bank to bank transfer or send it to our shop. For further details, Please kindly contact us via sms Lizzie @ 92971287 / Benson @ 98313433 or email us: my_healinghands_2003@yahoo.com

The Benefits and Favous of any living creature who with a pure heart prostrates himself before the Great Stupa, circumambulates it and adores it are Inconceivable and Incalculable beyond the expression of the Buddhas of the Past, Present and Future, for these stones were laid in order to bring inconceivable joy to Humanity.
As this Great Stupa is the Supreme Receptacle of the Mind of the Buddhas of the Past, Present and Future, so it is the plane adoration of both mundane and supramundane beings; to both men and gods, whatever supplication is made and whatever prayer is offered, all wishes will be granted and even supreme realization and spiritual power may be obtained. - Guru Rinpoche.
We would like to take this precious opportunity to express our Deepest Gratitude to all our Dharma Friends, Reiki Graduates, their family, friends and relatives for your evergreen support in all our Fund raising projects.
