The opening celebration with blessings from the Chief Abbot of Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastry & his disciples.		Oops....it's my turn now.....
Hahhhh.....all the butterflies in my tummy went away....feels good...	Hey, make a guess what was i doing?....i was sharing with the audience about how our energies could be checked by using a pendulum....	Yup..Yup...this lady was my first volunteer...heehee...and i had to apologize to her for making her lying down for so long on the yoga mat....i talked too much and had forgotten about her for a few minutes....sorry...
haha...the testing began....the crown chakra..	yeah...the testing was completed!	hehee....another volunteer....
hmm....hope no one was getting sleepy....heehee	and it went on and on...round and round the pendulum swung... yes......i was testing all the 7 major energy points plus the knees & the feet too...	ok..ok... another volunteer again.... and the history repeated itself....
Now that the testing of the chakras had completed.....i wanted to share a great chakra breathing technique with everyone so that they can practise it daily to enhance their well-being...	Now the instructions of the chakra breathing technique had begun....	Yeah.... the talk has ended well..... i hope...heehee...i have not bored them to sleep....
